Terms and Conditions jomgowin

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated:

3. Eligibility and Registration

4. Account Management

• There is suspicion of fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
• The account has breached any term in this document.
• An account closure request initiated by the player themselves.

5. Deposits and Payments

jomgowin accepts a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50 regardless of the payment method chosen. jomgowin does not charge any additional fees for deposits, however players are advised to check the terms of their respective payment providers.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as the player. jomgowin does not accept deposits from third parties. If there is suspicion that a deposit was made by a third party, the transaction will be held until an investigation is complete.

6. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request. The withdrawal processing time is generally between 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved and is subject to full account verification.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific situations approved by the jomgowin finance team. Players are required to ensure that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and up to date.

jomgowin reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for the following purposes:

• Player identity verification that has not yet been completed.
• Bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been fully met.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

jomgowin offers a range of promotions to eligible players. The welcome bonus gives a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. For example, a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing the total balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 to be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

The wagering requirement set for the welcome bonus is 20 times the total bonus received. This means if you deposit RM1,800 and receive a bonus of RM888, your balance will be RM2,688 with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 20 = RM17,760 before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Additional terms that apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes on the jomgowin platform and cannot be transferred.
• jomgowin reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts.
• All wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion.
• The jomgowin VIP Programme offers weekly cashback starting from 0.2% for Bronze members up to 0.8% for Diamond members, with level progression based on ongoing gaming activity.

8. Game Rules

All games available on jomgowin are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game developers. Game results generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed, unless there is clear evidence of a technical fault.

In the event of a technical disruption or system error during a game, jomgowin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player. However, if the game result was fully recorded before the disruption occurred, that result is considered valid.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the jomgowin platform:
